2001 Larry "The Bird" Mootham Posthumously awarded to bluesman Larry "The Bird" Mootham who died suddenly of heart failure on Monday, October 2, 2000 at age 45. Larry was an Ottawa-area blues musician, an avid supporter of the blues scene in Ottawa and all of its participants.
