Canadian rock and blues singer Sass Jordan, one of the most distinctive voices to emerge from Canada’s rock scene, has died at the age of 63.
Jordan died on October 2, 2026, surrounded by her family. Her death was announced the following day in a message remembering her as an “inimitable force of nature” and an “irreplaceable being of light and joy.” No official cause of death has been released.
